Five Years of Hoobla

On June 17, 2021, Hoobla was founded with 30 founding members registered on the platform.

Since then, Hoobla has grown and flourished, much like a child taking its first steps and gradually growing more confident with each stride. Today, the Hoobla community includes more than 650 experts, and we have served over 300 companies, public institutions, and municipalities.

One of the things that makes us particularly proud is the number of clients who return to us. Approximately one-third of Hoobla's clients have done business with us repeatedly, coming back whenever new projects or challenges arise. This is a clear indication of the trust that has been built over these first five years.

Through Hoobla, companies and organizations gain easy access to experienced specialists, managers, and consultants who can take on temporary projects or part-time assignments. The solution is suitable for both small and large projects, providing organizations with greater flexibility to respond to change and uncertainty, access specialized expertise when needed, and keep fixed costs under control.

Over the past five years, we have witnessed significant changes in the labor market. Organizations are increasingly seeking specialized expertise that can be brought in at the right time and in the right capacity. At the same time, more professionals want the freedom to choose their projects, manage their own schedules, and share their knowledge in diverse ways. Hoobla has served as the bridge between these two needs.

The journey has been both challenging and rewarding. We have learned, evolved, and built a platform that serves hundreds of organizations and hundreds of experts. Along the way, we have had the privilege of meeting remarkable people who have helped shape Hoobla into the company it is today.

We would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has been part of our journey - our clients, experts, partners, board members, advisors, and friends of Hoobla. Without you, Hoobla would not be where it is today.

Five years have passed since the company was founded, but it feels as though we are only just getting started. The future is bright, and the opportunities ahead are many. We look forward to continuing to connect people, knowledge, and projects in new and efficient ways for years to come.
