Hoobla nominated to The Icelandic Web Awards 2025✨

The Icelandic Web Awards are a celebration of the web industry, held with the purpose of strengthening the industry, recognizing the best web solutions, and inspiring those working within the field to continue pushing boundaries.

At Hoobla, we are incredibly proud to have been nominated in the categories “Intranet of the Year” and “Technical Utilization of the Year.”

A tremendous amount of work, creativity, and problem-solving has gone into the design and development of the Hoobla software platform.

The award ceremony took place at Harpa Concert Hall on March 26th, 2026, and Hoobla received a Runner Up recognition for the Hoobla intranet.

An outstanding group of people worked on the platform together with Hoobla, and we especially want to mention Elías Gíslason, Kjartan Örn Bogason, Friðrik Snær Ómarsson, Kristinn Örn Kristinsson, Ragnheiður H. Magnúsdóttir, Ingvar Bjarnason, Guðrún Gerður Johansen Steindórsdóttir, and Harpa Magnúsdóttir 💜
